How long will it take to get my package?

Most orders are received in 4-7 weeks from order to delivery. Add a few days for custom orders. 

We provide a variety of SHIPPING METHODS (including but not limited to the following)

1. Global Postal Transportation (EMS)
2. Standard commercial express (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc)
3. The third-party freight forwarding company (commercial courier company partner) transports to the destination.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit card cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

One of the best things about buying through Metavaya is that we do not have to charge sales tax. Metavaya is not responsible for individual country sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your country´s regulations before you shop.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Do You Offer A Trade or Volume Discount?

We offer discounts to members of the trade such as designers, architects and contractors who have presented appropriate credentials and have been approved. In addition, we may be able to offer special discounts for large volume orders. Please contact us to get a custom-made fixed price and to join our Members’ benefits.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders. Select product exclusions may apply and could incur additional shipping or handling charges. In such cases, the applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout. For certain items, upgraded delivery options may also be available for purchase during checkout. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we are a global Company and can get our products to almost every corner of the globe.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Returns are only accepted for quality defects or significant misrepresentation of the product (not for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/order, or changed mind).

How Much Time Do I Have to Inspect My Package For Damage?

It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. If you find any issues, please contact us immediately or within the next 7 days upon arrival.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We provide full shipping protection. If your light fixture is damaged during transit, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send replacement parts or a brand-new product free of charge.
